DUBAI, October 28, 2026 – Octane.Rent has been named winner of Best Luxury Car Rental Company in the Middle East and Best Sports Car Rentals in the United Arab Emirates at the World Luxury Travel Awards 2026. The company, which is headquartered in Dubai, also opened its first international location in Brickell, Miami, this year.
The awards recognize businesses across luxury travel and hospitality, from hotels and tour operators to cruise lines and car rental firms. Octane.Rent’s listing on the awards website shows a Continent Winner title for 2026, following a Regional Winner title in 2025.
Why car rental belongs in the luxury travel conversation
For visitors to the UAE, ground transport shapes the first and last impressions of a trip. Hotels, airlines and destination boards increasingly treat the arrival, the transfer and the choice of vehicle as part of one experience, and premium car rental is one of the services that fills that space. A guest who lands at Dubai International or Al Maktoum airport and finds a car waiting at the arrivals area has a different start to the trip than one who queues at a counter.
Octane.Rent built its model around that point. Cars are delivered around the clock to both airports, to hotels and to private residences, insurance is included and no security deposit is taken. Bookings are made online, and a support team answers by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram at any hour.
How the awards work
The World Luxury Travel Awards run on a public process. Guests, travel agents and tour operators nominate establishments, and voting takes place online during a designated season. Voters include travelers, industry peers and followers of the establishment, with a single vote allowed per email address. Companies compete at country, regional, continent and global level against others in the same category, and the size of the business is not a factor in nomination or voting. The 2026 edition is the sixth annual program.
The organizers describe voting as based on the experience as a whole, including service excellence, attention to detail and efficiency, which are measures that apply directly to rental operations: how a booking is handled, how a car is delivered and how quickly a question is answered.
The company behind the win
Octane.Rent operates more than 400 vehicles across 31+ brands. The range runs from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Mercedes-Benz to SUVs, convertibles and everyday cars, and rentals are offered by the day, week or month. That breadth lets the company serve tourists, residents between cars, corporate clients and event organizers from one fleet.
Customer ratings reflect the service: 4.9 out of 5 on Google from more than 1,700 reviews and 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot. Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
In its 2025 award announcement, the company said recognition supports investment in fleet modernization and digital upgrades. The online booking platform and the support channels are the areas where those investments show most clearly for customers.
Expansion to the United States
The Brickell, Miami, opening in 2026 is Octane.Rent’s first location outside the UAE. Miami and Dubai share a large luxury visitor market and a strong demand for performance and premium vehicles, which makes the city a natural second base for a company with a Dubai-built delivery model.
